Gjilan, November 4, 2024 – The Basic Prosecution in Gjilan registered a total of twenty-nine (29) criminal reports against thirty-five (35) individuals during the past week, specifically from October 28 to November 3, 2024.
Additionally, within this week, the following actions were processed:
- – Thirty-four (34) indictments against forty (40) individuals,
- – Thirty-two (32) rulings, including decisions to initiate investigations, initiate preparatory procedures, dismiss investigations, expand investigations, dismiss criminal reports, forensic expert rulings, and rulings for examinations,
- – Eight (8) appeals,
- – Three (3) detained individuals,
- – Three (3) requests for detention on remand for three (3) individuals.
During this period, prosecutors from this office conducted interviews with thirty-four (34) individuals.
