Gjilan, July 26, 2024 – The Basic Prosecution in Gjilan, during this week, from 22 – 26 July 2024, through the Registry Office has registered forty (40) criminal charges with sixty-one (61) persons, for various criminal offenses.
During this week, the General Prosecution Office in Gjilan has proceeded:
- – twenty-six (26) indictments,
- – seven (7) requests for the determination of the duration of detention,
- – twenty-three (23) decisions (including decisions to initiate investigations, to initiate a preparatory procedure, to discontinue investigations, to expand investigations, to file a criminal report, decisions of forensic experts, decision for examinations),
- – eighteen (18) reports on the closure,
- – one hundred and twenty-three (123) different requests to the police,
- – eight (8) requests to PSC and MSG,
- – two (2) plea bargains,
- – three (3) cases resolved through the mediation procedure.
Thirty-two (32) people were interviewed by prosecutors of this prosecution this week.
