Gjilan, 7 November 2024 – The Basic Prosecutor’s Office in Gjilan informs you that during today, November 7, 2024, on the street “Mërgimtarët e Gjilanit”, in Gjilan, around 2 p.m., a person was found without signs of life.
The prosecutor on call from the Department for Serious Crimes and other relevant units immediately went to the scene, where from the first investigations it is suspected that the victim was shot with a firearm and by order of the prosecutor the lifeless body was sent for an autopsy to the Institute of Legal Medicine.
The Basic Prosecutor’s Office in Gjilan, in coordination with the Kosovo Police – Regional Investigations Unit in Gjilan, are undertaking all investigative actions, in order to identify the suspected persons.
