Gjilan, January 27, 2025 – The Basic Prosecution in Gjilan, during the past week, specifically from January 20 to January 26, 2025, registered a total of fifty (50) criminal reports against sixty-one (61) individuals.
Additionally, during this week, the prosecution has processed:
- – Fifteen (15) indictments against seventeen (17) individuals,
- – Thirty-seven (37) rulings (including rulings on the initiation of investigations, the initiation of preparatory procedures, the termination of investigations, the expansion of investigations, the dismissal of criminal reports, forensic expert rulings, and rulings on examinations),
- – Sixteen (16) requests to the QPS and ZMNV,
- – Forty-five (45) various requests addressed to the police.
During this period, duty prosecutors have detained eight (8) individuals for various criminal offenses.
