Prishtina, December 30, 2024 – The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo has filed an indictment in the Basic Court in Pristina – Special Department, in the case known as “KEK” against the defendants N.K., Y.D., I.Z.
The defendants are accused of causing damage to the Kosovo budget, approximately 37 million Euros, during the period 2021 – 2023, through their illegal actions, by committing the criminal offenses: Abuse of official position or authority, Disclosure of official secrets and Assistance in the Abuse of official position or authority.
This case has now been transferred to the jurisdiction of the Special Department of the Basic Court in Pristina, for further proceedings.
