Pristina, September 17, 2024 – At the authorization of the prosecutor from the Special Prosecution , the defendant S.N., who is being investigated, has been arrested for the criminal offenses of unauthorized production and processing of narcotics, psychotropic and analogous substances or tools, equipment and material for narcotics article 268, Unauthorized ownership, control or possession of weapons article 366par.1 of the CCRK.
The defendant was on the run and appeared together with his lawyer at the offices of the SPRK. The Prosecution has issued a Decision on the arrest of the arrested person.
