Prishtinë, 4 March 2025 – In the framework of the increased commitments of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council to draft standardized sub-legal acts, the Working Group for drafting the draft Administrative Instruction for Setting the Indicative Norm for State Prosecutors, chaired by the Prosecutor in the Office of the Chief State Prosecutor, Bahri Hyseni, and members of the KPC: Veton Shabani and Visar Krasniqi, as well as the Chief Prosecutor of the Basic Prosecution of Gjakova, Enis Gashi, held its first meeting today.

On this occasion, Mr. Bahri Hyseni emphasized that the purpose of today’s meeting is the initial discussion on the drafting of the Administrative Instruction for Setting the Indicative Norm, which determines the annual indicative norm for the completion of cases for prosecutors of departments of all prosecutions operating in our country.

Further, this working group addressed the acts currently in force, which are related to the determination of the indicative norm and subsequently held discussions on the concept and drafting methodology of this important normative act based on standards and best practices.
