The Final Meeting of the Commission for Prosecution Administration for This Year is Held

Prishtina, December 23, 2024 – The report on handling cases with unknown perpetrators, the analysis of the necessary number of prosecutors in the Basic Prosecution in Gjakova, and discussions on the Work Plan for 2025 were the main focus of today’s meeting of the Prosecution Administration Commission. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Jetish Maloku and attended by commission members, prosecutor Laura Pula and prosecutor Admir Shala.

In the first point on the agenda, the draft report on handling cases with unknown perpetrators was presented. This report incorporates conclusions and recommendations made during one of the meetings of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC).

Additionally, under the second agenda point, the need to draft a comprehensive annual analysis was emphasized. This analysis will also include the last quarter of 2024, aiming to provide a clearer overview of the necessary number of prosecutors for the Basic Prosecution in Gjakova.

In conclusion, discussions were held on the Work Plan of the Prosecution Administration Commission for 2025. It was highlighted that the plan will outline priorities, objectives, and activities intended to further intensify the work of the commission in the coming year.
