Prishtinë, 31 October 2024 – The Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC), led by Chairman Ardian Hajdaraj, held its 256th Meeting, in which it discussed the items on the agenda. The decisions that were taken at today’s meeting are as follows:
- Approved the Guidelines for the Evaluation Panel in implementation of Regulation 07/2024 on the Appointment of the Chief State Prosecutor and Chief Prosecutors of the Prosecutions of the Republic of Kosovo;
- Approved the Report of the Commission for the Recruitment of State Prosecutors, which was presented by the head of the recruitment Commission, the Chief Prosecutor of the Special Prosecution, Blerim Isufaj, and, at the same time, made a decision that the names of the 24 elected prosecutors be sent to the President of the country for decree;
- Handled the request of a member of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council of regarding the revision of his salary and allowances, as well as authorized the Commission for Normative Issues to prepare an analysis with recommendations for this case and other similar cases.
