Prishtinë, 6 March 2025 – The Chairman of the Commission for the Administration of Prosecutions in the KPC, Jetish Maloku, hosted in a meeting the Chief Prosecutor of Mons-Tournai from Belgium, Vincent Macq, also a CEPEJ expert, the CEPEJ expert, Stephanie Lefeuvre and the Head of the Team for the Rule of Law and Fundamental Rights at the European Union Office in Kosovo, Nicola Scaramuzzo.

The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the advancement of templates generated by the Case Management Information System and identify current challenges in using these templates in CMIS.

On this occasion, Mr. Maloku thanked the representatives of CEPEJ and the EU Office in Kosovo for their visit, and informed them about the workshop that had a special focus on entering high-quality data into CMIS to enable their reuse during the preparation of legal documents.

On the other hand, Mr. Macq underlined the importance of using templates in the daily work of prosecutors and facing challenges during their use and addressing difficulties, while at the end of today’s meeting, an agreement was reached to form a working group, which will deal with the advancement of the current templates, in order to be reflected in the CMIS.
