Prishtinë, 24 September 2024 – The Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC), led by the Chairman Ardian Hajdaraj, held the 253rd Meeting in a row, in which it discussed the items on the agenda.

All the decisions that were taken in today’s meeting are as follows, in which case the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council:

• Approved the Regulation for the Appointment of the Chief State Prosecutor and the Chief Prosecutors of the Prosecution Offices of the Republic of Kosovo;
• Approved the Quarterly Report on the activities and recommendations of the National Coordinator for Combating Economic Crime for the period April-June 2024;
• Approved the six-month report on the implementation of the action plan of the strategic plan of the prosecution system for the period January-June 2024;
• Appointed the prosecutor in the Office of the Chief State Prosecutor, Mrs. Laura Pula, as a member of the Commission for the Administration of Prosecutions and
• Authorized the Commission for Normative Affairs to supplement Regulation 02/2024 on the Activity, Internal Organization and Systematization of Administration in the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, with an additional paragraph that deals with the systematization of officials according to this regulation.
