Organizational Structure of the State Prosecutor
The organizational structure of the State Prosecutor's Office in the Republic of Kosovo is:
• Office of the Chief State Prosecutor as the highest instance of the State Prosecutor, with jurisdiction throughout the territory of the Republic of Kosovo
• Appellate Prosecution Office as a second instance with jurisdiction throughout the territory of the Republic of Kosovo and consisting of the General Department and the Serious Crimes Department;
• Special Prosecution Office of the Republic of Kosovo as a specialized prosecutorial body, with jurisdiction throughout the territory of the Republic of Kosovo;
• Seven (7) Basic Prosecutions consisting of the General Departments, the Juvenile Departments and the Serious Crimes Departments.
