INDICTMENT FOR UNAUTHORIZED PURCHASE, POSSESSION AND SALE OF NARCOTICS, PSYCHOTROPIC SUBSTANCES AND ANALOGUES
Prishtinë, May 12, 2023 - The Special Prosecution Office of the Republic of Kosovo (PSRK), filed the indictment in the Basic Court in Prishtinë - Special Department, against the defendant Z.K.
The Special Prosecution Office announces that the indictment against the defendant Z.K. has been filed on the well-founded suspicion that, in continuation and in co-perpetration with the other already convicted defendants Xh.S., B.S., A.N., G.K., J.B., F.B., F.B., H.B. , and D.S., have acted as a group with the purpose of distributing, selling, transporting, brokering sales without authorization, sending in transit narcotic substances declared by law as prohibited substances, respectively considerably quantity of narcotic substances "marijuana" type.
With these actions, the defendant Z.K. has committed the criminal offense in co-co-perpetration with the defendants as mentioned above, in continuation of "Unauthorized purchase, possession and sale of narcotics, psychotropic and analogous substances" from article 273 par. 2 of Criminal Code no. 04/L-82 of the Republic of Kosovo (CCRK), related to article 281 par. 1 subpar. 1.1 and 1.9 of the CCRK and article 81 of the CCRK.
since the accused is on the run until the indictment is filed, the Prosecution has informed the Court that it has exhausted all efforts to find the defendant, therefore the condition according to article 234 par. 2 of the CPC has been met, for the indictment to be filed as well without receiving a statement from the defendant in the preliminary procedure.
