SECOND MEETING ON HANDLING OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING CASES HELD
Ferizaj, October 01, 2021- The Prosecutor of the Basic Prosecution in Ferizaj, Ms. Sebahate Sinani, also in the function of the coordinator of cases against trafficking in human beings, held today the second meeting in a row at the Basic Prosecution in Ferizaj, with representatives of the US Embassy, representatives of the Police, namely the Unit against Trafficking in Human Beings in Ferizaj, representatives of the Center for Social Work in Ferizaj, representatives of the Center for Protection of Women and Children “My Home”- Ferizaj, prosecutors of the Department for Juveniles, and the official from the Office for the Advocacy and Assistance of Victims in Ferizaj, for the treatment of cases of trafficking in human beings.
During this meeting, the participants discussed the challenges that arise during the treatment of cases of this nature and how to act in resolving them.
Also in this meeting, the prosecutor Ms. Sebahate Sinani, expressed again her readiness to help every time in these cases on the behalf of the Basic Prosecution in Ferizaj, as well as, all present participants agreed that these meetings of this nature should continue to be held regularly in continuity.
