Indictment against seven people for counterfeiting money and possession of weapons
Prishtina, 21 September 2021 - The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo (SPRK), has filed an indictment in the Basic Court in Prishtina - Special Department, against seven defendants.
The Special Prosecution announces that six (6) defendants with the initials, E.K., N.G., H.K., Z.K., V.K. and V.K., are indicted in relation to the criminal offense "Counterfeiting of money" under article 296 par. 2, in connection with article 31 of the CCRK.
Meanwhile, the defendant S.K., is indicted for criminal offense " Unauthorised ownership, control or possession of weapons" under article 366 paragraph 1 of the CCRK.
