A person is detained on suspicion of the criminal offenses “Attempted Murder” and “Aggravated Murder”
Ferizaj, June 01, 2020 - The Basic Prosecution in Ferizaj, informs the public opinion that on May 31, 2020, at 16:30 hrs., by order of the prosecutor, one (1) person from Hani i Elezit was detained for 48 hours. .
Police arrested him on an international arrest warrant and extradited him from Italy to Kosovo, on suspicion of having committed the criminal offenses of “Attempted Murder” and “Aggravated Murder” on November 9, 2002, under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
Meanwhile, the Basic Prosecution in Ferizaj, today will submit a request for imposing detention on remand before the Basic Court in Ferizaj against the suspect.
