Four people accused of having committed rape
Gjilan, 15 May 2020 - The Basic Prosecution in Gjilan, Department for Serious Crimes, has filed an indictment against the defendants S.I., A.A., S.L. and A.S, due to the abuse in co-perpetration against the minor girl aged 17.
According to the indictment, defendants S.I., A.A., S.L. and A.S., on February 23, 2020, in the village of Selishte, Gjilan municipality, raped a 17-year-old minor victim, in such a way that initially the defendant A.S., using her condition, with the promise that he would marry her, she had sexual intercourse with him, in an uninhabited house of the defendant S.L., where after that he also told the suspects A.A. and S.L., to have sexual intercourse with the minor.
After that, the same ones drove the injured party home, where after approaching her house, the defendants A.S., S.I., S.L. get out of the car and the minor, in which case again using her position, they have sexual intercourse with him, who are then identified and arrested.
With these acts, the above-mentioned defendants, in cooperation have committed the criminal offense “Rape”, under Article 227 paragraph 4 subparagraph 4.6 and 4.8, in conjunction with Article 31 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
