The budget request for 2023 and the early estimates for the period 2024-2025 are reviewed
Prishtinë, 8 June 2022 – The Committee on Budget, Finance and Personnel of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, chaired by Prosecutor Ariana Shajkovci, held its next meeting, which was attended not only by its members, but also by the Acting Director General of the KPC Secretariat, Head of Budget, Finance and General Services Department and Head of Budget and Finance Division.
The purpose of the meeting was to review the Budget Request for 2023 and early estimates for 2024-2025 for all budget programs of KPC and economic categories of budget.
The Acting General Director of the KPC Secretariat, Valdrin Krasniqi, presented the Budget Request, in which case he informed the members about the unplanned additional funds in the economic categories, based on the identification and assessment of needs by the respective units of KPC and the State Prosecutor.
After reviewing the requests for additional staff, additional means in salaries and wages and in goods and services, the members of the Commission approved the Budget Request and recommended it for approval to the Prosecutorial Council.
