A person detained due to the aggravated murder in Ferizaj
Ferizaj, May 28, 2022- The Basic Prosecution in Ferizaj, Department for Serious Crimes, informs the public opinion that on 28 May 2022, around 00:53 in the street "Rexhep Bislimi" in Ferizaj, at the market “Euro Market” shots were fired by a firearm and according to the first information it is suspected that the person with the initials Q.J., shot with a firearm at the other person with the initials G.H., who as a result of the received wounds died.
The motives related to this event are still unknown, while the suspect “Q.J.,” by decision of the State Prosecutor, was sent to detention for 48 hours, on suspicion of the criminal offense “Aggravated Murder” under Article 173 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
Whereas, the lifeless body of the victim, by order of the Prosecutor, was sent for autopsy to the Institute of Forensic Medicine in Prishtina.
