The next meeting of the Committee on Normative Issues is held
Prishtinë, 19 May 2022 - The Chairman of the Committee on Normative Issues, Armend Zenelaj and the Acting Director General of the KPC Secretariat, Valdrin Krasniqi, received in a working meeting the representatives of the EU Office in Kosovo.
Issues related to the field of drafting bylaws were discussed at the meeting, in which case the Chairman of the Commission informed the representatives of the EU Office that they are in the final stage of drafting the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the State Prosecutor, Regulation on Systematization of the Administration of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council and Regulation on Recruitment of State Prosecutors.
At the same time, expressing their readiness for inter-institutional cooperation, the interlocutors said during the meeting that the drafting of these acts is of special importance, because through them it is intended to increase the efficiency of work in the prosecutorial system.
