Four persons indicted for abusing official position or authority
Prishtina, 12 May 2022 - The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo (SPRK), has filed indictment in the Basic Court in Prishtina - Special Department, against defendants F.M., Dh.H., G.D and E.T.
The Special Prosecutor announces that the three defendants F.M., Dh.H and G.D, in the capacity of official persons are suspected of having committed the criminal offense "Abuse of official position or authority" under article 414 par. 2 of the CCRK.
Whereas the defendant E.T. is suspected of having committed the criminal offense "Assistance in the commission of the criminal offense of Abuse of official position or authority" under article 414 par. 2 in connection with article 33 of the CCRK.
