Two persons suspected of withdrawing 95 thousand euros from another person's bank account are detained
Ferizaj, 07 April 2022 – The Basic Prosecution in Ferizaj, announces the public opinion that with the decision of the State Prosecutor, has detained for a period of 48 hours, two suspects with the initials I.A- Former Director of the BKT Branch in Peyton-Prishtina and Sh.B., - employee of the taxi "Bini" - Gjilan, on suspicion of criminal offenses " Breach of trust" and "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (CCRK).
According to the Prosecution, it is suspected that the former director of BKT with the initials (I.A), enabled the withdrawal of money from the other suspect with the initials (Sh.B), from the bank account of a citizen, where the withdrawal of amount in the amount of 95 thousand euros in the branch of the National Commercial Bank (BKT) in Ferizaj.
The Basic Prosecution in Ferizaj, against the same, within the legal deadline, will submit the request for detention on remand in the Basic Court in Ferizaj.
