Two suspects are detained in the action “Brezovica”
Ferizaj, 16 March 2022 - The Basic Prosecution in Ferizaj, announces the public opinion that in cooperation with the Kosovo Police, the Directorate for Investigation of Serious Crimes (DHKR) in Prishtina, based on the order issued by the Basic Court in Ferizaj for the control of houses and accompanying facilities, today have carried out the action "Brezovica" where, in which case seven (7) different locations in Shterpce were searched and raided, among them the building of the Municipality of parallel structures in Shterpce and two (2) suspects were arrested.
With the decision of the State Prosecutor, the arrested persons, N.G, - customs officer and S.I, - chairman of the board of "Ski Center Brezovica", were detained for a period of 48 hours, due to the suspicion that they have committed the criminal offense of “Taking of bribes”from Article 421 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (CCRK).
