A person detained due to abusing his official position or authority
Ferizaj, January 14, 2022 - The Basic Prosecution in Ferizaj, Department for Serious Crimes informs the public opinion that after a one month investigation by the Prosecution, with the decision of the State Prosecutor, has detained the suspect H.G., for a period of 48 hours, as it is suspected that he has committed the criminal offense “Abuse of official authority” under Article 414 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (CCRK).
According to the Prosecution, it is suspected that H.G., as Acting Director of the General Hospital in Ferizaj, has abused his official duty, supplying his private vehicle with petroleum products within the tender provided for the General Hospital in Ferizaj.
The Basic Prosecution in Ferizaj, within the legal deadline, will decide on further investigative procedures.
