A person is arrested for the obstruction the voting process
Prishtina, October 17, 2021 - By order of the State Prosecutor, the Kosovo Police has detained one (1) person, in the Municipality of Suhareka, for the criminal offense “Obstruction of the voting process” under Article 214 of the CCRK.
The State Prosecutor informs the opinion that the suspect obstructed the voting process by instigating a public disorder and disturbing the peace and then broke the fluorescent light.
By order of the State Prosecutor the suspect is in detention.
