The Committee for the Administration of Prosecutions holds its next meeting
Prishtina, 30 September 2021 - The Committee for Prosecution Administration led by the Chairman, Prosecutor Veton Shabani, has held the next meeting.
In this meeting was presented the Report of the working group for inspection of the supply of consumables, registration of assets and implementation of rules for access to objects of the prosecutorial system by the parties and officials. Also, a visit to the Basic Prosecution of Gjakova was planned.
Whereas, the meeting continued with the announcements of the Chairman of the Committee regarding the drafting of the Report on the implementation of the KPC Work Plan for 2021 and the presentation at the KPC meeting of the Report January-June 2021 on the work of the Committee.
Furthermore, the Committee has been notified of the implementation of the Government decision regarding the COVID-19 pandemic for the appearance of staff at work and vaccination.
During this meeting, the forms of reporting mechanism of Chief Prosecutors were discussed and proposals for amending these forms according to the recommendations of KPC members were reviewed.
At the end of the meeting, it was discussed about the activities in the implementation of the Electronic Case Management System (CMIS), where the Working Group for monitoring the implementation of CMIS was established.
