The first meeting of the Working Group for drafting the regulation for the election of the director of the KPCS and the PPRU is held
Prishtina, 1 September 2021 - The working group for drafting the Regulation on the election and dismissal of the Director of the KPCS and the PPRU, chaired by the SPRK Prosecutor, Naim Abazi, has held its first meeting, which was physically attended by representatives of international partners, and through the online platform participated the representative of the US Embassy in Kosovo and the representative of the Group for Legal and Political Studies (GLPS).
On this occasion, the methodology, concepts and main principles were discussed, which will be the basis for drafting the Regulation on the election and dismissal of the director of the KPCS and the PPRU, which is an important bylaw within the implementation of the competencies of high administrative leaders of the prosecutorial system.
At the end of this meeting, it was said that this working group will soon have the initial draft ready.
