REACTION
Ferizaj, 25 August 2021 - The Basic Prosecution in Ferizaj, reacts to the article published today on 25 August 2021, on the online newspaper “Insajderi” titled “Exclusive: The Chief Prosecutor of Ferizaj did not tell the truth, Dardan Krivaqa has an open criminal case”, because this news does not stand, due to the fact that the Basic Prosecution in Ferizaj, in relation to the case in question has undertaken all necessary investigative actions and on 09 December 2014, Chief Prosecutor Shukri Jashari, has filed an indictment against the defendant D.K., which was submitted before the competent Court due to a well-founded suspicion that he committed the criminal offense “Robbery” under Article 329 paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (CCRK).
Therefore, once again, the Basic Prosecution in Ferizaj, through this reaction informs the public that the defendant D.K., has no open case before the Prosecution and that all cases against him have ended with indictment and the same have been processed before the Basic Court in Ferizaj.
