A person suspected in the case of the death of an 18-year-old girl in Ferizaj detained
Ferizaj, August 23, 2021- The Basic Prosecution in Ferizaj, Serious Crimes Department, informs the public that regarding the case of death of 18 year old female in Ferizaj, by the decision of the prosecutor, one (1) suspect was detained, with the initials A.S., for a period of 48 hours, due to the suspicion that the same in co-perpetration has committed the criminal offense “Aggravated Murder” under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (CCRK).
While, the other suspect D.K., who is still in flight, is suspected that for base motives, he physically abused the now deceased M.O., who as a result of the received injuries passed away and her death was ascertained by the doctors at the Emergency Center in Ferizaj, where he is suspected of having committed the criminal offense “Aggravated Murder” under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (CCRK).
By order of the prosecutor, the lifeless body of the victim was sent for autopsy to the Institute of Forensic Medicine.
The Basic Prosecution in Ferizaj in cooperation with the Kosovo Police has taken all necessary investigative actions and are working to clarify all the circumstances of the event.
