New members of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council take the oath
Prishtina, 11 January 2021 - The Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC) has held its 192nd meeting in a row. This meeting, based on the Regulation on the election of the Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson of the KPC, was chaired by the Chief State Prosecutor, Aleksandër Lumezi, who is also an ex-officio member of the Council.
At the beginning of this meeting, six new members of the KPC, who come from the ranks of the basic prosecutions took the oath, and the meeting continued with the next points, in which case the call for nominations for a new Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson of the KPC was opened.
Regarding the procedures for nomination in the above positions, all members were notified by the Chief State Prosecutor, Lumezi.
The new Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council will be elected within the deadline set by legal acts.
