Indictment for unauthorized ownership, control, possession or use of a weapon and coercion
Prishtinë, December 22, 2020 – The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo has filed indictment in the Basic Court in Prishtina - Special Department, against the four defendants : A.A, B.K, Sh.Z and V.R, for the criminal offenses “unauthorized ownership , control, possession or use of weapons ”, from article 328 par. 1 of the CCRK, as well as “ Coercion ”, remaining in the attempt from article 267 par. 2 in connection with article 1 and article 20 of the CCRK.
The Special Prosecution informs that the defendant A.A, on 25.05.2010, in order to threaten and intimidate, at the entrance of the premises of the injured party H.K, placed twice in a row hand grenades and gas cylinders, where one grenade exploded after midnight and the other grenade was found unexploded, while on 07.09.2010, he placed a hand grenade and a gas cylinder which exploded, in which case they caused a general danger to people's lives, their property and causing material damage to the walls, doors and windows of a nearby building.
With these actions, the above-mentioned defendant has committed the criminal offense "unauthorized ownership, control, possession or use of weapons", under article 328 par. 1 of the CCRK.
Defendants A.A, B.K, Sh.Z and V.R, on 25.05.2010, and on 07.09.2010, acting as members of the group in order to bring illegal property benefits to themselves or another person, have seriously threatened the injured party H.K , to act to the detriment of his property, in such a way that on the above dates the defendant A.A, on the property of the injured party H.K, exactly in his offices in Prishtina, placed twice in a row hand grenades and pushed gas cylinders by the defendants B.K, Sh.Z and V.R, all this with the purpose of threatening and intimidating him to withdraw from his property which is located in the village of Millosheve, in an area of 91 hectares privatized by the KPA, where the injured party had 25% of the total land area, which this percentage is based on the agreement made between the defendant B.K, and now the injured party H.K with these actions the above-mentioned defendants have committed the criminal offense "Coercion", remaining in attempt under article 267 par. 2 in connection with article 1 and article 20 of the CCRK.
