Workshop on the selection of new Chief Prosecutors
Pristina, 27 November 2020 - Members of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC) participated in a workshop organized via video conference by the British project "Strengthening the Judicial System in Kosovo", which discussed the application of assessment forms in the process of selecting the chief prosecutors.
At the opening of this workshop, the Chairman of the Kosovo Prosecutorial System, Bahri Hyseni, praised the commitment of the British project in strengthening the professional capacity of KPC members to develop the process of selecting Chief State Prosecutors. He added that this workshop is very important because the KPC should very quickly elect the Chief Prosecutor of the Appellate Prosecutor's Office as well as the Chief Prosecutors of the 6 Basic Prosecutor's Offices.
During this training, the preparation, structuring and objectives of the interviews, drafting of questions, evaluation methodology as well as other actions that can be implemented during the process of selecting the chief prosecutors of the prosecutor's offices were discussed.
