Strategic planning, training topic for capacity development of the prosecutorial system
Prishtina, 18 November 2020 - In the framework of the Luxembourg project for capacity development of the prosecutorial system for the implementation of the SAA, the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC) has organized a training to identify problems and prioritize objectives and strategic planning in the prosecutorial system, which was conducted through the online platform for two days in a row.
This training was conducted by the German expert, Klaus Erdmann, and the participants were newly elected members of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, heads of KPC Secretariat units and administrative officials.
During the training, the ways, forms, methods and examples of drafting strategic documents were presented and discussed, and practical tasks were simulated, in which case different ideas for the preparation of a strategic document were presented.
Also in the focus of the training was the identification and evaluation of problems, defining their context and performing the analysis of their cause and effect, then prioritizing specific and general objectives through planning tables for a specific area, such as and the definition of the elements of the strategic documents of the prosecutorial system.
