A memorandum of cooperation is signed between KPC and KCA
Prishtina, 17 November 2020 - The Chairman of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, Bahri Hyseni, and the Executive Director of the Kosovo Cadastral Agency, Avni Ahmeti, have signed a memorandum of cooperation to provide inter-institutional access to electronic data.
Specifically, the purpose of signing this memorandum is to establish cooperation for access to the Register of Immovable Property Rights, in which case the Prosecutorial Council and the Cadastral Agency will prepare the Standard Operating Procedure for the provision of data, which will be accessible only by authorized users in both institutions.
Also, during the signing ceremony, Chairman Hyseni and Director Ahmeti said that this memorandum will advance the cooperation between the two institutions and will increase the efficiency in combating illegal phenomena.
