The Basic Prosecution of Mitrovica treats with priority the attacks on the journalist Sh.K.
Mitrovica, October 23, 2020 - The Basic Prosecution of Mitrovica informs the opinion that is treating with priority two (2) cases against the journalist Sh.K., where for the first time on 13 June 2020, his personal vehicle was attempted to be burned, therefore in this regard, a case was initiated for the criminal offense “Attempted Arson”.
Meanwhile, for the second time on October 18, 2020, the gunshots were fired against the same journalist, where the prosecution has initiated a case for the criminal offense “Causing general danger”.
The prosecutors of the Basic Prosecution of Mitrovica, in charge of these two cases are treating cases with priority, as well as have taken pictures from the places where the events took place, have interviewed witnesses, have taken all necessary investigative actions to uncover these two cases.
