A cooperation agreement is signed between KPC and TAK
Prishtina, 7 October 2020 - The Chairman of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, Bahri Hyseni and the General Director of the Tax Administration of Kosovo, Ilir Murtezaj, have signed a cooperation agreement for the interconnection of electronic systems and the exchange of data in electronic form between the KPC and TAK.
Under this agreement, all data from the TAK to the relevant prosecution office will be sent electronically by their case management systems and vice versa. Also, KPC and TAK are obliged to form a joint group to determine and how to exchange data from electronic systems.
According to the agreement, the joint group is obliged to prepare the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), which contains the data to be exchanged.
After the signing of this agreement, Chairman Hyseni and Director Murtezaj said that this agreement will strengthen the cooperation between the two institutions and will increase the efficiency of combating illegal phenomena.
