The Committee on Normative Issues finalizes two draft regulations
Prishtina, 6 October 2020 - The next meeting of the Committee on Normative Issues of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council was held, chaired by its chairman, Zejnullah Gashi, where the finalization of two draft regulations was discussed.
At the beginning of this meeting, members of the Committee on Normative Affairs, representatives from the Legal Office and the US Embassy finalized the Draft Regulation on the Prosecutors Performance Assessment.
While in the next point of this meeting was discussed and finalized the Draft Regulation on the Election of Members of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council.
At the end of the meeting, the members of the Committee on Normative Issues agreed that these two draft regulations finalized in this meeting, be proposed to the Council for approval in the next meeting.
