The piloting of the electronic system in the Office for Advocacy and Assistance of Victims is implemented
Prishtina, 1 October 2020 - Under the supervision of the Information Technology Department of the Secretariat of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, the implementation of the piloting of the electronic case management system in the Office for Advocacy and Assistance of Victims in the Prishtina region has started.
The purpose of this pilot system is to transform the work process from manual to electronic in the OAAV of all regions and increase their efficiency in the daily work process.
Also, through this electronic system, it will be possible to collect fast and accurate information, through which reliable statistical reports and performance measurement of the relevant staff will be issued.
This pilot system will last three weeks in the region of Prishtina and then will be implemented in other regions and the development and maintenance of the electronic system over a three-year period is funded and supported by GIZ. (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Zusammenarbeit GmbH).
