The draft Regulation on protocol, administration and archiving of documents in KPC is reviewed
Prishtina, 11 September 2020 - The Committee on Normative Issues of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, chaired by Prosecutor Zejnullah Gashi, held its next meeting, in which case the agenda was the review of the draft Regulation on the protocol, administration and archiving of documents in KPC.
Consequently, during the meeting, it was emphasized that this draft regulation defines for the first time the procedural rules of receipt, delivery, storage, classification, processing of documents and archiving of cases in KPC, and regulates the work process from initial recording to complete archiving of various materials, including physical and electronic copies.
In conclusion, the chairman of this Commission, Zejnullah Gashi, stressed that the working group for drafting this draft, despite all the challenges created by the Covid 19 pandemic, is systematically committed to drafting it, because this sub-legal act this sub-legal act is of great importance for standardizing the work process in the relevant sectors of the prosecutorial system.
