The Regulation on the electronic administration of cases in the OVPA is drafted
Prishtina, 18 June 2020 - The Committee for Normative Issues of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC), chaired by its chairman, Prosecutor Zejnullah Gashi, held the next meeting, which was attended by representatives of the German GIZ and the Office for Victim Protection and Advocacy.
The working group presented to the members of the commission the Draft Regulation on the electronic administration of cases in the Office for Victim Protection and Advocacy.
The Chairman of the Commission, Gashi, thanked the working group and other participants for their contribution to the drafting of this regulation, which is of particular importance for facilitating and making as practical as possible the work of the Office for Victim Protection and Advocacy.
In the course of this meeting, several other articles of this draft of this regulation were discussed, in which case the members of the Commission gave their comments and agreed to hold another meeting to harmonize the provisions of the draft with the legislation in force.
