Workshop is organized to review the bylaws of the Prosecutorial Council
Pristina, December 11, 2019 - The Committee on Normative Issues of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council has organized a two-day workshop on the review of some bylaws.
In addition to the members of the Committee on Normative Issues, the General Director of the KPCS, the Director of the PPRU and representatives of the Legal Office of the KPC Secretariat participated in this workshop.
During the development of the work of this workshop, work has been done to finalize the Regulation on the organization of the activity of the Prosecutorial Council, the Regulation on training and professional development of the prosecutorial system and the Internal Guidelines for the Security of Prosecutorial System Facilities.
