One month detention on remand imposed to the suspect, 2.4 kg of drugs, handcuffs, bullets and spray found at his apartment
Mitrovica, July 29, 2019 - The Basic Prosecution in Mitrovica/Serious Crimes Department has requested from the Basic Court in Mitrovica to order detention on remand against the suspect F.S., from Vushtrri, due to a suspicion on the commission of criminal offenses "Unauthorized Purchase, Possession, Distribution, And Sales Of Dangerous Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances and analogous” under Article 267, paragraph 1 “Unauthorized production and processing of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, analogues or narcotic drug paraphernalia, equipment or materials” under Article 268 paragraph 1 of CCRK, as well as “Unauthorized Ownership, Control or Possession of Weapons” under Article 366 paragraph 1 of the CCRK
According to the prosecution’s request, filed with the Court, there is a grounded suspicion that until 27 July 2019, the suspect in his apartment in Vushtrri, without authorization, supplied with narcotic substance in the amount of 2 kilograms and 400 grams of marijuana separated in nine (9) bags in different quantities, as well as one (1) bag in which 34.3 grams of cannabis plants were found, as well as a pair of police-like handcuffs, eight ( 8) bullets as well as one (1) spray.
Pre-trial Judge of the Basic Court in Mitrovica, in the session held on July 28, approved the request of the Basic Prosecution in Mitrovica, and imposed an order of the detention on remand in the length of (1) month against the suspect F.S.
