Work continues on drafting the Regulation on the Evaluation of Prosecutors' Performance
Prishtina, 4 May 2020 - The Chairman of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, Bahri Hyseni, under the protection measures against COVID-19 pandemic and through a video conference has organized the next meeting of the working group for drafting the Regulation for evaluating the performance of prosecutors, meeting in which was also attended by KPC members, the General Director of the Secretariat, the Director of the Unit and international partners.
During this meeting he continued the work with advanced discussions on the structure and content of the draft of this regulation.
Furthermore, the draft of this regulation will be sent for the treatment of the Committee for Normative Issues, while it will also be sent for comments to the civil society organizations that deal with the justice system in Kosovo.
